Raw Buckwheat Kernals are naturally Gluten Free making them a perfect alternative for gluten containing grains. Commonly used in porridge or for a Gluten Free Recipe base.

How to Cook:

  1. Combine 1 cup Raw Buckwheat and 2 cups water in a pot. Bring water to boil in a heavy saucepan, reduce to rimmer with lid on and cook until water is absoirbed and grains are fluffy. Approximately 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain off any excess liquid. If using in a salad, rinse with cold water and drain well. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.
